Dean from White Rose Appliances was brilliant. Our oven’s heating element failed and caused a power trip, but he arrived fully prepared and fixed everything on the spot. The whole process was quick and hassle-free - he had all the parts he needed and completed the repair in under 30 minutes. Excellent service, highly recommend.
Called and left a voicemail, they called back and arranged an appointment for the following day. We had an issue with one burner on our hob not working properly. The engineer arrived and found the problem immediately and sorted it out. He was only here 5 minutes and because of this he only charged a small fee. Would not hesitate to contact them again with any other issues

We had our oven repaired, and was provided with a rough quote beforehand. The service was really speedy, with an engineer coming round within a couple of days. Even though the part had to be ordered, it was here in a reasonable amount of time (circa 1 week) and it was fitted straight away. Really prompt and friendly service, would definitely use again!
