   They have had the car for over 7 weeks and did not communicate any delays of issues. Since, I complained they’ve magically found time to do the work but keep delaying what the time frame for completion will be. Don’t use this garage, if you want the work to be completed in a timely manner or if you want to be kept informed about the progress.

   The worst customer service. Meant to be having a rear bumper repair through insurance. I ended up calling complaints because I couldn’t get through on the phone line to book to the point I genuinely thought there was an issue with the telephone and no response to email. They then told me I couldn’t book in for a month and they would need the car for 2 weeks (I had exact thing before and it was fixed in a day). When it eventually came around to them collecting the car they rang me at 10 to say they wanted to collect it in the morning (I had already left for work) and went on to say they would be giving me a Corsa even though I drive an estate (they don’t offer an equivalent as courtesy which wasn’t mentioned) and had failed to mention I wouldn’t be able to transport my dog in it (impossible in a corsa anyway) so clearly unworkable given the time they apparently needed my car to do the work. Seriously go elsewhere.

   My 8 month old car was scratched in a supermarket carpark by a shopping cart. Craig and FMG Harrogate were highly recommended and I can understand why, the quality of their work is outstanding. The repair to the damage is invisible and not only that the car was valeted inside and outside before I collected it was cleaner than the day I collected it new in July 2022. Cost of the repair was very reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending FMG Harrogate
