The worst delivery people ever, I ordered something from ebay and delivery was 1-2 days, if I am lucky it will arrive on day 7. "The Delivery Group " don't know what they are doing, why any one uses them I can't understand.
If you are thinking of using this company for your business please avoid. Was promised good rates and quick delivery times and we constantly had parcels go missing or never arrive. There was no recourse for us to get a fair amount of our money back through the lost goods. They also took duplicate payments for invoices leaving a long trail of unallocated/ mis allocated invoices which they left unresolved for over 4 months which lead to a lot of confusion. Every-time I requested an explanation I was told someone would get back to me and they never did. They then proceeded to send a legal letter despite the problem being their fault and still unresolved. In summary, the slightly better prices is not worth it.
Tracking says parcel delivered yet received nothing. Not even a delivery slip to say they missed me etc.
Ordered an item from Amazon on the 27th September, it was dispatched on the 30th and now its the 6th October and no sign of it. It should have been delivered by 8pm tonight but at 8pm the status changed on Amazon to 'on its way but running late'. There's no tracking info to see where it is and no way on contact information for the Delivery Group. Not impressed at all and won't be ordering from any company who uses the Delivery Group as a courier.
Truly terrible company, still waiting for my order from The Cotswold Library which was despatched on the 10th Jun, it's now the 19th, with no expected arrival date. All I get from tracking details is sorry your order is late, no information if it's even going to arrive. When I review the The Cotswold Libary for Amazon I will significantly reduce their rating for using sub-standard sub-contractors like The Delivery Group. Hopefully it will make them think on who they rely on to deliver their parcels. Paul CARVELL, Michael OWEN, Stephen STOKES, and James WILKINS (the company directors) should hang their heads in shame at residing over such a poor outfit. If this is their standard of logistics then I won't be using and of the other companies anytime soon either.

Similar experience to other eBay customers. The tracking no provided is not recognised by Royal Mail (which is useless anyway as it only shows the start and final delivery confirmation, no intermediate steps) and bulk posting through TDG adds 2-3 days to the estimated delivery time
Best avoided. Used by eBay sellers and the like to give the illusion of a tracked and timed courier service. I bought based on seller using "other 3 day courier". Turned out it was these guys. After 2 days they popped the parcel in the post with Royal Mail. What exactly is the point in that? All it achieved was a 2 day delay over using Royal Mail in the first place.
