   2nd time we have used Nathan, first time he fixed a problem 3 other plumbers had failed, this time fitted us a new hot water tank which is a vast improvement on the last one, good pressure and no need for noisy pump. Throughout was knowledgeable tidy and really nice guy. Would recommend any time.

   Nice and friendly guy. However, in September we asked for just a quote for some work to be done before winter and the annual boiler service which he usually did. Nathan eventually came round and said yes it could all be done and he'd sort a quote. Didn't hear anything for a while, so I had to contact him and he said he'd get back to me in a couple of days. Again, heard nothing so I phoned again..same story. This happened every week for roughly a month or so where I had to contact him. Cut to the end of November and I eventually lost my patience and booked another plumber just for the annual boiler service. And no, I did not leave any horrible messages for Nathan, he actually answered my calls but kept giving excuse after excuse. If you don't want to do the work, just say you don't! We've had a new plumber do the annual boiler service, and he was here for a while. The work he did and how long it took has made the house so much warmer, and made us realise it hadn't been serviced properly before at all. Whoever reads this, it is entirely your problem if you choose to go with wakefield boiler service.

   100% recommended. Boiler service, used last year as well, faultless. Heating not working and fixed on same visit despite being unaware, new thermostat and connection box. Friendly, efficient and know their stuff. Clean and tidy up. Explain everything clearly. Excellent value for money. 10/10 thank you!
