   Took my X6 in with water ingress. Fixed the door membrane, cleared sunroof drains and repaired water damage to fusebox. In doing so, fixed an unknown issue with steering column and brought the HUD back to life. I'm sure they out in more hours than they charged for and wouldn't give up on a difficult diagnosis. If I'd gone to stratstone, I'm pretty sure I'd have had a big bill and no success. Top class service, easy to deal with and kept me fully informed. I won't be going anywhere else.

   Just like to say a big thank you to Matthew and the team for sorting my M4 out twice it’s been in the garage for a speed sensor sorting then a gearbox leak both times I rang the workshop. It was in the next day 24 hours later ready and working perfectly again obviously these lads know exactly what they’re on about when it comes to BMWs and I will definitely be servicing mine at the workshop next March thanks again Matthew

   Fairly new to BMW ownership as of Feb 25 with a Japanese imported E91 325i after over a decade of modern Audis, with that’, not really knowing where all the good shops are at. My E91 had a unicorn of a gearbox from GM and not the typical ZF meaning everywhere I phones were unwilling to service it even though it was fitted from factory. It was fairly urgent as I’m quite particular with my cars and an error code was stored for the fluid being at 0%. I did have it booked in with another garage however they canceled when getting parts and identifying it as the GA6L45R box. I contacted The Workshop after a lot of searching online and they got me in within the week. The chaps I spoke to were friendly and honest. It was dropped off and although there was a delay with the oil all the parts were genuine. Upon collection they provided me with a prognosis of the previous fluid and condition along with the procedure they carried out. It’s around a 35/40 min travel for me to reach the workshop however they’re chaps are worth the travel for independent BMW servicing. Will be using The Workshop again and would recommend for both new and older stuff such as mine as although they had never touched a gearbox such as mine before, they carried out all the work to spec and my unicorn GM box will be solid for another 30k miles.    I read online that this place is good and has good reviews . So decided to given them a try . I called them and asked them about a few things which they were very helpful regarding my bmw 4 series. I took the car to them and ever since , I would not consider another garage for my bmw. I mean sometimes you can find someone cheaper for labour but if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. These guys are specialists who have a lot of knowledge. These guys on the other hand charge you a reasonable price . They are honest upfront and willing to share their knowledge. Thank you for being what a garage should be . Polite professional , honest , transparent and willing to go that extra mile.

   I started going to the Workshop with my 2018 440i last year and I’ve had various things done (service, brake fluid, door seal replacement) but I recently went for a gearbox service which instantly made the gearbox much smoother than it was before and I was so glad I got it done. Following this service I then noticed a high pitched noise which after doing some research some people suggested it could be gearbox related. Matthew kindly got me booked again in very quickly, rechecked everything with the gearbox, came out with me on a test drive, and provided fantastic customer service and didn’t charge a penny to try troubleshoot what was causing the noise. Every time I’ve been to the workshop the customer service has been outstanding, they are very affordable, and they know what they are talking about. Will definitely bring my car back to them and couldn’t recommend them enough to someone who wants a regular BMW specialist for their car. Thanks guys!

   Had my recently purchased car at The Workshop for some diagnostics of a cold engine idle issue. They were able to pin point the fault, which unfortunately was a lot of work and hassle, so car returned to dealer. Will definitely return in the future when I (hopefully) find a replacement car.

   So happy to have found these guys. There is no way I’m going anywhere else next time. Sorted my idrive resetting every 5 minutes. Only problem is now that I found them my next car will have to be a bmw and the latest models are sooo ugly.

   Brilliant service. I was up north visiting family for a short time. I happened to bring up in a convo with family that I was looking to get my car serviced soon, and they suggested a few local garages for me to reach out to. One of them was The Workshop. I completed their form online Sunday night, and had an email back Monday morning. Anthony got back to my messages quick, squeezed me in asap and was able to get me sorted within the same day I dropped the car. All in a space of 2/3 days notice. I don’t usually leave the garage while my car is being serviced but I did drop the car and come back later. I could tell the guys here weren’t ones to mess about so I trusted them. Great service, professional, fair pricing, honest advice and able to update the idrive / database post service. I’ll definitely be trying to time my servicing in the future with my visits up north, so I can use these guys again.

   Have used the guys at The Workshop Leeds for around a year now, from MOT, oil services, gearbox oil change and even suspension work everything has been more than great from the service Anthony and the team offer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone who wants the best for their BMW to use these guys. I will continue to bring my car here to keep it in good health as long as possible. They recently carried out a full health check on my 10yr old car and identified any issue large or small and it's reassuring the feedback I received on the vehicle status, great piece of mind knowing the details, there was no push to spend money on things that may or may not need looking at, this stood out to me and was nice and honest which is refreshing to find, I hope I can continue to bring this car and any of my future BMWs to these guys.
