Ordered parts online. Waited over a week without hearing anything. Tried to contact through the website form. It’s been days and still no reply or update on the order.

After our oven door shattered, and then trying to buy a replacement door online. I messaged these guys yesterday, and today my oven door is fixed . It’s been a nightmare for us, and they were out promptly to repair it. Next time I have a problem i can’t solve, I will be phoning these guys to help me out.
