   Ryan gives a brilliant service. When my insurance company offered to send my van to Oldham for repair as they didn’t have any garages in Leeds, I decided to handle the matter myself. Ryan was recommended so I reached out to him. Despite it being a couple of days before Christmas, he sorted the price and tracked down someone to wrap the damaged areas. The insurance company settled the claim and I authorised the work. He sourced the parts, prepared and painted them, then he replaced the parts in a day meaning I was only a day without the van. The finish is better than new, I can’t thank Ryan enough for being so helpful and keeping my business going without adding a load of drama and stress.

   Took my car to have re-spray by this company: bonnet, bumper, wings and wheel refurb and was quoted £680 all in after 3 days and my partner calling in to drop of new fitting kit for the bumper the next day he received a text saying the job was alot more work and the price would go up by £100, not happy with this as we had been up to the unit and knothing was said we took his word and said ok. On collection of the car the guy told us he had broken the aerial on are car it has snapped and needs fully changeing he had done this from cleaning the car yet the car was absolutely covered in dust he agreed to order a new one and fix it so we left it at that, he also mentioned he hadn't done the wings as he didn't need to. When my partner got home I noticed straight away in the light the wings didn't match the bumper! So my partner sent him a message he wasn't happy and he agreed to do the wings or refund £100. I decided to give the car a light wipe down and then we discovered the issues bubbles in paint, flaking paint where the grill sits , a line of lighter colour on bonnet where he had stopped painting, marks from previous stone chips on bumper, chip on bonnet , light surface scratches on bumper and bits in the paint on the wheels . Another message was sent and he said pop up so my partner did his face said it all and he held his hands up and agreed to put it right as he admitted it was shocking. A few days passes and the more we look at the car the more we find parts of the car and headlight backs where just sat in the engine bay. Another message was sent just to let him no we have found more but this time he was not so professional his attitude changed and replied "cheers for that while I'm away" my partner then asked for a refund and his reply then was " ill give you £300 to go away and never contact me again" this wasn't acceptable considering everything that was wrong with the just short of £800 job. That day we took the headlights out of the car and notice the brand new fitting kit we had bought has not been used! The bumper is sat on a twist with bits missing! Not getting anywhere with him we left reviews on Facebook and Instagram he replied trying to be "professional" and then slated myself over my grammar then quickly deleted it. Once my partner added photos of the bumper and how it was fitted and the new fitting kit not used he blocked myself and my partner and we have had no response since! I am now left with going down the legal route, I am leaveing reviews to make people aware as it makes you wonder how many cash only jobs he's done then tried to fob off with a small refund. All this could have been sorted but it seems as he was caught out while he was on holiday he doesn't like haveing his time spoilt never mind are pride and joy left in this state.
