   I first used ProTec last year for a new boiler installation and received an amazing personal service. This year my first service was due. I had a calendar reminder to contact them so I was completely amazed that they proactively contacted me a month before to arrange the service. I picked the most expensive one not knowing really what I needed and was advised on arrival I only needed the basic and wouldn’t cost me as much money. Again I was so impressed as a lot of big companies would have just taken what I’d booked. Paul provides a personal service and remembers his customers. Highly recommend.

   Paul has been servicing our boiler and gas fire for a few years. They are an exceptional team, friendly and hard working. Paul is very knowledgeable and will answer most questions. He gave quote for a replacement boiler. It was very reasonable. Shane turned up on time, worked methodically and respected peoples homes.    Paul is always very good at sorting out any work required, whether it's doing it himself or sorting anything which needs to come under the boiler warranty. He is quick and definitely knows his stuff. Would definitely recommend him for any central heating work.

   Had a New Boiler installed on the 12th October by Protec ! First Class job carried out with great communication prior to the boiler being installed. I did have a small issue with the old heating control which was not fitted by Protec, after phoning them Paul was there within 4O minutes to sort it out (Can't beat that) would highly recommend for any work of this kind.

   They replaced my very old broken boiler, switching from a conventional boiler (with tank in the loft) to a modern combi. They completed this big job in a day, and at a very competitive price. They were always polite and professional, and the work was completed in a neat and tidy manner. Everything works perfectly, and so I am very pleased with the work.

   I have used ProTecBoilers on a number of occasions in the past couple of years. Paul has been a pleasure to deal with throughout this period. In my previous house Paul responded rapidly and professionally when my previous heating engineer let me down. Not only did Paul undertake the boiler servicing very thoroughly and professionally, he was able to identify issues left unattended by the previous engineer. I have used him ever since that time. When I moved to my current address, Paul undertook a survey of the boiler as installed. He checked everything thoroughly and reassured me that the boiler was in good condition and suitable for the property. I had been keen to buy a new boiler to make sure I could be confident in the system, but Paul assured me that it was an unnecessary expense as the boiler was fine. How many tradesmen would do that, rather than grabbing the lucrative work of installing a new one? Paul is always friendly and helpful and prompt. If he says he will turn up at a time and date, you can rely on the fact that he will be there. His work is thorough and he does not overcharge for the work undertaken. I have also found him very approachable if I have had any worries or concerns and he has often provided reassurance to me when needed over the phone. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would not think of engaging any other Company to carry out such work for me.

   Paul came and replaced our 25 year old boiler and radiators, our heating would come on when the hot water heated up so during the summer it was horrific. Before he did any work he helped explain exactly what he was doing and made sure I fully understood why he had to do something. He also replaced our stop tap valve which had completely seized which I wasn't aware of. Paul did an outstanding job from start to finish and its made a dramatic improvement to the house. I was very happy with his professional standards and pride he took in everything he did. I will be using Paul indefinitely for boiler services as he did such a fantastic job. I cannot praise Paul enough for his work and I hope this review gets you more work because I am thoroughly pleased with what you did. Outstanding job, 10/10.

   Paul installed our boiler 2 years ago and has serviced it annually since. Always professional and easy to talk to. He was recommended to me by my sister and we've both recently recommended to my mum when she had issues with the heating over Christmas. 5 stars.
