   One of our radiators had stopped working and our boiler had lost pressure. Liam came round and fixed the issue very quickly. I asked if he could do a boiler service at the same time, as the work has only taken a couple of minutes and we were due a service soon. He said he didn't have time to do one at that point but we could book one online. I've since been charged for an hour's labour, although when Liam came round he didn't have time to stay and do an hour's labour. I understand that the price was set before the repair, but I think I expected him to be willing to stay for an hour if necessary. I've sent a couple of emails asking whether we could have a discount off a subsequent boiler service and haven't had any reply.

   Liam was brilliant. Once he had the parts for my boiler he was very quickly round to carry out a full service on my boiler and complete a repair on my hot water tank. All done in a clean and tidy manner

   When we moved into our house two years ago, Liam come and got the 30year old boiler working. He quoted us for a new one and it was fitted along with 4 new radiators within two weeks. We’ve had no issues with it and Liam completes our servicing annually.

   I called about a broken boiler and had somebody within a couple of hours. When I needed a new boiler installed the service I got was amazing. Great price and really flexible and understanding of times when they could come and fit it. I had a whole boiler installed in half a day. Very kind and polite and respectful of my house, left everything incredibly tidy. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

   Our boiler was leaking and kept cutting out the power. Booked a visit from Liam, fully expecting to be looking at getting a whole new boiler. He came around, took a look, and advised he’d be able to fix it. He came back the next day with the appropriate part and got it sorted really quickly and for a fantastic price. Really minimal bother, was even able to continue working from home whilst he was working. Absolutely exceptional service, and would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.
