Took note of a possible failure in the future to my boiler during a service several months ago. Told me to monitor the pressure, if it keeps going too high then some parts will need replacing. That situation occurred and parts were ordered and boiler was fixed, no hassle. Was punctual and i was happy with the advice and work carried out.

David came out on short notice to take a look at the suddenly-non-functioning boiler in our new property. Service was great - he walked us through the hot water setup in the house and was able to get the boiler up and running again within the hour, which was a massive load off. Would definitely recommend, and will certainly call David again for anything boiler-related in future.

We use David religiously for any plumbing installations/maintenance. We've had David to service boilers in 2 houses and fit a new boiler which required a lot of work to move it from where it was and install multiple radiators in the house. He's fantastic and cannot recommend him enough. He turns up when he says he will, he turns up on time, works tidy & efficiently and is just a pleasure in general. Cannot recommend enough and wouldn't dream of using anyone else.
David first came to a repair call out on my boiler; when I was finding it difficult to get help he was immediately responsive, arranging a next day appointment. He arrived on time and did an excellent job that gave me confidence in the work carried out, and only charged a call out fee. On another occasion I had to cancel some work I’d arranged for him to do and, even though he’d ordered items, he was extremely gracious and insisted there was no problem. I would highly recommend him, both for his polite and professional manner and his knowledge and skills.
