Excellent service from A&E. We were looking for a new built in microwave and seperate oven. Advice, order, delivery and fitting, It couldn't have gone any smoother. Everyone I had contact with was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Gavin came out to repair my integrated dishwasher door and provided an absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The phone was answered immediately by the office with no additional dials or waiting, and he attended within 24 hours of my call. The price was spot on, especially for such an essential repair. I would give more stars if I could.

No hesitation in recommending this firm! Called the very pleasant and helpful Gail last Wednesday about my washing machine, which wasn't emptying,. I was given a very reasonable quote, and a promise of a call the following day, to give me 20 minutes notice of arrival. Rob actually called 30 minutes before coming, and had sorted out the problem in 15 minutes. Great service!
Excellent service! Steve and Jacob came over to repair my Miele washing machine. They called ahead of time, switched times to fit around my school run, and then arrived promptly. They did a brilliant job fixing the machine, and also gave me lots of information about how to stop it breaking again. Friendly and efficient. Prompt, easy payment and very nice office staff. Would highly recommend!
In recent months I’ve needed both my washer and my dishwasher repaired. Both times I have used A&E Appliances and both times I have had excellent service. Gavin was very polite and professional and completed both jobs promptly, without any trouble. Prices very reasonable too. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

A gentleman called Jacob came to replace my microwave and it didn’t end up being a simple as I had hoped but instead of rearranging he stuck it out and got the job done there and then. Steve & Jacob from A&E Appliances attended and completed the repair in a professional manner. They were helpful, lots of advice, clean and tidy and were that quick and efficient they didn't even have time for a cup of tea. An excellent service and would definitely use again.
