I was totally upset when I tried to park My Audi A3 into the garage. And the extreme gale force winds and heavy rain didn't help and as a result I bumped the front nearside wing(quite close to the crease and above the wheel arch) and dented it. I was horrified and needed it correcting. Ross was referred to Me by a local garage and he has just left after spending a good hour or so working on it. Ross was very methodical and meticulous with his workmanship and knew how and what he needed to do to make the Audi look smart again.... He works diligently and very precisely taking care not to damage anything else and his skilful expertise was a joy to see. I found Ross to be friendly and approachable (I ask too many questions) and very helpful; he explained his method thoroughly. When he finished I can happily say that I would not have known that there had been a dent on the wing.. it looks quite splendid and smart. He polished and buffed the area and made it look AMAZING. His work is EXEMPLARY and I would heartily and readily recommend the young gentleman for your paintless dent removing jobs. He was professional and courteous throughout and did not rush the job and in My case he even dealt with a tiny dent I hadn't noticed ... he left the car secure and clean. After having a piece of metal launch from the road and hit my car I was devastated to say the least. I contacted many dent and body shop companies for all of them to tell me the same thing, that the damage was too extensive, it couldn't be repaired paint less and it would need weld pulled and painted etc. I was given the details of the Dentinator from a friend and told he was "s**t hot". He was the only person to say that it could be repaired using paint less dent repairing techniques. Given the damage the end result which is near perfect as it gets without being painted goes to show Ross has pure talent and knows his trade inside out. I didn't stay around to witness the magic take place unfortunately but I can appreciate some serious work has gone into the repair. Ross did say it was more difficult than he anticipated but the result speaks for itself. When I came back to collect the car he told me what he had done and how the metal work responded showing he has a real understanding of the material he works with. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again should I ever need to and would be referring anyone to him. Absolute master of his trade and a real talent! Fantastic and one very happy customer. Thank you!
