DPD is the worst service on the planet. Left me a note for an important delivery but I can't collect it from the depot. I can't express my frustration. It's Wednesday they want to redeliver on Monday... and I can't pick it up myself. Just avoid this company.
Delivery driver "Rodrick" Cant find my business address 2 days on the trot. The reason? Because he cant be bothered to go to the address.... My business in on the corner of a 3 way street 15ft x 6ft signs with the business name. Yet the driver takes random photos of other businesses and claims we are closed.... Just plain lazy.
Status 'delivered' to another location - Different business name! Different door number and Street name! I've not received my 2 parcels that status says 'delivered'. How can the driver deliver and hand in my parcels to another person without my approval? How can you deliver the parcels to Warren Road when the address on the label is Station Road???
This place needs a visit from head office and some BIG changes. I asked them to deliver to Stockton Heath post office several days ago. They are just holding on to the parcel. I cant contact them except via their utterly useless app. Got through to a call centre after an hours wait to a man who's command of English was questionable. I dont think he new where he was, what his job was or what company he worked for so I gave up left in amazement about the state of this company.
Beyond frustrated with this ‘service’. Absolutely flabbergasted by DPDs inability to deliver to my address on the date I chose and paid for with M &S. No explanation has been provided for the delay. I have spent 3 days waiting at home for furniture as the delivery date was moved on each time the delivery wasn’t attempted. To add insult to injury the app sends a message to say the date has been changed/upgraded at your request. Multiple lengthy phone calls to DPD with no satisfactory resolution. The furniture has been at the depot for 3 days with no attempt to deliver. I am not surprised there is a long wait to talk to customer services. There must be so many complaints to deal with. The poor reviews of this depot speak for themselves. Avoid if you can.
Bad Bad Bad. 1 star is still better than what they deserve. Been expecting parcel now for days and still hasn't arrived. Keep getting a myriad of excuses. First the contact name wasn't correct at the delivery address so parcel refused. Tried calling them to find out what was going on only to be hung up on after waiting 30 mins on hold. Did manage to contact them online and confirmed details were all correct. The next day got a message to say they couldn't find my address, I live on a main road in a city, it's not hard to miss! Today saw the driver pull up, didn't even get out of the van and drove off, got a message a second later to say I was out. Absolute shambles of a company!
My parcel was tracked to the depot and after several days returned to the sellers. No attempt made to deliver. Sellers re issued the item. Yet again the parcel not delivered. Failed twice. I could collect but you can't speak to anybody on the phone. Automated answer linked to your mobile no. Can't ring from any other number it cuts off.
Awful service, ordered an item next day delivery, I have now been waiting 10+ days for the parcel. Still saying a problem in the local area on the App, update says it will be delivered the next day and then keep receiving further updates each day stating further issues and delaying again a further day. Starting to wonder if I will ever receive it now.
Shockingly bad service. I have received a message that the driver could not access the property and therefore the parcel was not delivered, don't quite get it what do they meant by it. I was home and there was no delivery attempted. It was 11 days ago and since then I am getting the same message each day, that my delivery is delayed by another day due to an unexpected problem in the area. Mobile app is totally rubbish, just automated replies. There's no person to speak to, phone line never gets picked up. No option to collect the parcel. This place is full of bots. Utterly hopeless. Should be an option to give minus stars.
Shockingly Bad Still waiting for an expensive parcel that was supposed to be delivered 7 days ago! Witnessed driver pull up outside and didn't even get out of van and then drove off. Got notification 2 mins later that driver couldn't make delivery. Absolutely fuming!! Finally managed to get the number for the depot but same excuse all the time, "we have a back log"! I can't even make a complaint.
