1. Squeak and Bubbles Carpet Cleaners Leeds ★☆☆☆☆

   I was originally recommended this company by Cleansmart, as I was using an Airflex at the time. I contacted Wakefield Floor Care twice by phone—once to ask about a hard floor wand and another time regarding my Enforcer. On both occasions, I was told I would receive a call back, but neither call was ever returned. In the end, I bought the parts from Ashbys and completed the work myself. I wasn’t impressed with Wakefield Floor Care’s service. I’ve since been recommended Bradburys in Leeds, and if I need anything in the future, they’ll be getting my business instead. This is simply my personal experience based on telephone conversations with this company.

   What a brilliant service supplied by Wakefield Floorcare today. I ordered a part which I thought I had selected correctly from a schematic drawing. John called me back suspected I’d ordered the incorrect part. After speaking with their technician, it turned out I had selected the incorrect part. Correct part identified, ordered. Job done.    I had the pleasure of liaising with John recently during my purchase of the Craftex Carfex 14:270. John provided the up-most customer care and support whilst taking the time to answer all my queries relating to the machine, its useage and best products to accommodate. I was assured the carpet machine would be delivered with care and promptly and arrived as such! Brilliant service and many more business transactions to come. Highly reccommend!

   Amazing company! First time using them, used them to purchase a new carpet cleaner. John was first class with his customer service, their was delay on the order due to me ordering over the Easter bank holiday weekend and couriers not being able to get parts on time to John, but after explaining to John I needed it for a job the upcoming weekend he went out his way to get this sorted for me and got my machine to me in time! Literally can’t ask for better customer service then that, he rang me every time their was an update and didn’t once leave me wondering what was going on with my order, I can’t fault this company at all and will be using them for all our company’s supplies from now on! Very highly recommended them!
