   Purchased a franchise with Domestique in 2017, quickly established that the franchiser lacks any real integrity. Non responsive to emails and letters when clarity is being sought on matters of importance. "Support" offered by the company is misleading - the company offers its franchisees very little in regards to business/company growth or innovation in comparison to other sector franchises - whilst Domestique offers low start up costs this is also a good measure of "you get what you pay for" First meet with the company Directors is welcoming and reassuring however that quickly changes and they become absent or at times abusive/confrontational with their franchisees. Its taken us 5 years to finally disassociate our names with this brand - would highly recommend any potential new franchisees to approach with caution!!!!
