   Alistair did a fabulous job, you wouldn't notice there had been a scuff to wheel. He explained exactly how it is repaired and process that he would be using, he is such a nice person to talk to and deal with. I am so pleased to get this insurance when I purchased my car. Its so easy just to touch a kerb and with this warranty it gives you peace of mind. My thanks to Alistair who is a really great ambassador for DWV. I would recommend this insurance to others, a worthwhile policy.

I highly recommend them for many reasons: Great communication throughout, very professional in approach and execution, and great standard of finish. The rep, Kyle, that turned up embodied all these qualities and more. He was polite, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. Although we have insured our new cars with DWV since 2018 this was the first time we had to use them and I have to say we are very happy that we chose this service and would recommend them %100.

   I had a technician called Sarah visit today for some cosmetic repairs to one of my alloy wheels. She was very professional and courteous and kept me fully up to date with her progress of the job. She was also a very good communicator in keeping me informed of her ETA. She made an excellent job in repairing the damage to the wheel, I'd fully recommend her.

   ,Had work carried out DWV Technicans messed up the job so they subbed it out to a another company now there are issues they wont help ,this is there responce ..We passed your email to the regional manager, and he has said all of the work done on this vehicle was done by a body shop and DWV paid the body shop invoice for the required rework of the vehicle so we won`t be able to assist with the current issue the you has raised, this will need taken up with the body shop who carried out the repairs You paid extra for some work you wanted doing too, so this all needs taking up with the repairer as we haven`t touched this vehicle since the body shop repairs. The vehicle is no longer our responsibility.
