Great company, come to your home to service your dyson.Very good prices too hardly increased at all in a few years.Tom completely stripped down and cleaned the machine ( which was virtually blocked)It's now as good as new.Highly recommend this company.

Matt was superb. Called 20 mins before arriving. Dyson wand vacuum beautifully serviced and cleaned including all heads. Problem which I’d suspected was in the hoover head was explained and rectified swiftly. Advice also given on filter in our hand held annd new one provided and we’ve sorted that too. Parts all in the van so instant problem solving. Thank you very much.Great service.

Would definitely recommend this company if there's a problem with your Dyson hoover. The appointment booking process is easy and the lady was really friendly and explained everything. The engineer was Lee who was great, friendly and professional, gave good advice, fixed the problem and cleaned the hoover also and now my Dyson is back to perfect working condition. Reasonable price too.
Great service. Worth the money for Peace of mind, all the staff are lovely from the ladies that answer the calls to the engineers that come to service my Dyson. Always polite, fantastic service! I have 3 dogs & 3 children so always worth investing in this cover. Especially with the dogs! My hoover is 10 years old now & works like new, great company & staff, highly recommend.
My DC40, 7yrs old, suddenly had a fault just before Christmas - brush bar stopped working. Tried the basics myself. Machine definitely not just clogged, so called CS Dyson servicing & repair. The lady fully explained the servicing/diagnostic process, that any parts recommended are optional, and all parts fitted have a 12mth guarantee. Thought its worth trying to repair rather than replace at hundreds of pounds. Lee has repaired my vacuum this am, fitting a new brush bar motor, and thoroughly checking and cleaning the machine. I cannot fault this service from the phone call to completion. Honest, friendly, and cost effective. I've no hesitation to highly recommend this company. This was the first time I've contacted them but will definitely use again.
Amazing service as normal, 3rd year in a row now and not just me that has our Dyson serviced also my mum and her 2 sisters. Turns up on time, does a great job for a great price. We have never had a problem with our Dyson’s now we get them serviced every year. Thank you so much guys see you next year!
