Jim did a great job with my dad's boiler, and he was on time, friendly and efficient. He came out on a Sat morning, identified the problem, sourced the replacement part, and sorted out the whole thing within two hours. Perfectly reasonable price too. Would recommend.
Jim has been brilliant from start to finish. I chose him based on local Facebook reviews and am really glad I did. He has done a great job of getting my boiler sorted and now I've given him a list of smaller jobs that I've not got round to doing. He is efficient, keeps in good contact and is very reasonably priced. I can't recommend him enough!
Jim was quick to provide a quote and a timely date for what was originally a simple job of removing an old boiler from our property, along with a radiator which required removal due to a staircase implementation. Jim also took a look at the newer boiler and quickly realised that it has the wrong flue, was rusted on the inside and was leaking Co2. Jim was amazing, sourcing a replacement flue and fitting it all the same day so we wouldn't be left without heat or hot water on a very cold February night! He went above and beyond making sure it was fitted properly and was no longer a danger. I would recommend Jim to anyone.

Contacted Jim for a boiler service which was completed to a very high level. Price quoted was the price paid despite it being a trickier and more time consuming job than originally anticipated. Jim also returned on short notice to solve an issue with two very cold bedroom radiators, fitting us in promptly and resolving it immediately. We couldn’t recommend Jim highly enough. Thanks mate.
Great communication from the start, nothing seemed too much hassle and extremely helpful with even the smallest aspects of the work (showing how to correct pressure etc). Very polite and professional, cleaned up after the work was finished and very respectful of the property. I would highly recommend and will be using again for any future work that needs doing. I know Jimmy personally ,but this is the first time he's done any work for me. We arranged a date and time over the phone. The day before he was due to visit, he contacted me after having a job cancellation. Can he come and take a quick look at the gas fire? Yes, of course,so he came inspected the gas fire. Discovered that a new part was needed. He ordered the part that day. Returned on the next day as arranged previously, with the new part to fit.
