    Went there to purchase a Samsung Ultra 21, after seeing 2 staff dealing with 1 customer for almost half an hour and not even acknowledging we was waiting, we simply purchased online at Argos and picked it up within 5 minutes. Don't know how they can survive with 1 or 2 staffs at the phone counter when there's at least 3 or 5 people waiting to be seen.

    Avoid avoid avoid. Team knowhow have no one to speak to. No email to complain to. Don't keep to 14 day repair promise. Lie to their customers. Engineer came to solve issue after 15 days and created a bigger issue... Team Knowhow are dishonest, unreliable and a company of fraudsters. Don't make the same mistake I did and paid them Hundreds for warranty insurance and after 4 years of never calling them. I have one repair which doesn't get dealt with. Stay calm and avoid Team Knowhow.

    Waited months for a response for someone to fix my tumbler dryer, not one told me they don't supply or sell Cylinder tumbler dryers any more. I called again and again only to be let down by this service. Plus the wait time for calls to be answered is two hours only for the engineer to not show up on agreed date. If I could give it 0 I will but one star will do for poor customer service.

    Could get no response whatsoever from their customer service team. A booked service visit did not materialise and we were unable to seek an explanation or book another visit. I have made two complaints and have received no response. Would strongly advise anyone not to pay for their alleged extended warranty.

    Requested a TV repair under my care plan. put in a Queue for a loan tv (as set out my care plan) after nearly 4 months they admitted they lied and there were no loan TVs. booked TV in without a loan TV and was told the repair would take 7 days. TV was written off 10 days later, was told I would have a voucher for a new TV in 3 to 5 days. Received a voucher (after calling daily) 13 days later. Finally had a working TV delivered 4 days after that. Total time from booking TV in and receiving a working TV 151 days.
