I contacted David Clegg via phone. He was very helpful and was able to fit me in the following day. He arrived within the timescales he had given me and carried out the repair quickly and tidily. It was excellent service and good value. I’d definitely recommend him to others.

I sent an email asking for him to look at my dishwasher. I didn't get any reply. Very rude in my opinion, and I've waited over a month to leave a review,incase he was busy. I'm very disappointed. Edit . I'll change the rating because I don't like to be unfair, however I left a message to you via your website and also sent you an email too which neither got a response. Maybe I should have phoned you but I struggle to speak on the phone and it was easier for me to leave a message. Obviously something's gone wrong somewhere, but criticising me for using them options isn't really fair, because you have them available to use. I wish you well and I'm sorry that we've had this problem and it has no reflection on your work or ability, so I'm changing the rating to 5 stars
I rung David this morning to see if he could give me a price for installing a new integrated washing machine and a timescale. He was really reasonably priced and was able to come out in the afternoon to do the install. Unfortunately our kitchen installation hasn't been the best to allow room for both an integrated washing machine and dishwasher so close together but David managed to get the washing machine installed and working. After two weeks without a working machine at home his expertise was much appreciated. I would highly recommend David.
Cannot recommend this gent enough! David arrived at the agreed time. He carried out the repair with minimum disruption and was able to do this on my integrated dishwasher whilst it remained in situ. David also identified and was able to deal with a blocked pipe (nothing to do with the repair) which would have caused a problem in the near future. David offered advice about dishwasher care which I will take on board. Very reasonably priced and great to support a local business. He was also extremely keen to offer advice on recycling the old part rather than just throwing it away. Many thanks again.
He was recommended by a friend so I Called him around 9:30 and he turned up after 10. got our dishwasher up and working in no time top service and seems very knowledgeable.
Brilliant customer service- rang the business and David arrived the next day to replace the catch on our oven door. Very professional and pleasant guy, who sorted the issue out straight away at a very reasonable price too.
