2nd time using these guys. First time was to replace a boiler. Competitive in price and such good service then today had Mick out to fix a faulty boiler. Extremley helpful and had the boiler back up and running in no time. Thank you guys, Highly reccommend!
Excellent service and a great bunch of people. We had a long overdue boiler service that ultimately, unfortunately, led to replacing the boiler. Darren took the time to try to fix the boiler initially but when he couldn't, clearly explained what was wrong and what the next steps would be. Tom rearranged his schedule to check the specs the next day and did the same again to accommodate actually fitting the boiler. Boiler fitted within a day and Cory went through how to use everything before he left. Excellent communication throughout the process thanks to Ben. Thank you all, really appreciate the hard work!
Replacement Worcester Bosch boiler and Hive hub with 2 thermostats Excellent service through out. Ben arranged the survey, Tom, the owner, carried out a thorough survey leaving me with full confidence in his team. Cory led the installation and was a credit to the company. Henry did some very neat pipe work and was just as friendly and professional. An excellent service all round. I would highly recommend Horsforth Heating Services.
I have had a new combi boiler fitted this week. The service I have received from my initial contact to job completion has been excellent. This is a very good Company and I have no hesitation in recommending them. The price for the job was very reasonable compared to the other quotes i obtained (considerably cheaper than British Gas!). Special praise to Corey and Henry for their excellent work. They explained the system/controls to me and answered all my questions.
First time using HHS and Darren was brilliant. Really lovely chap who went above and beyond. My very old gas fire would not stay lit. Upon inspection, Darren found a few problems and advised it would be a difficult/costly to fix and source parts. I decided on the spot to remove the fire and replace it another time. Darren took the fire outside for me and capped the gas pipe, which isn’t what he came to do. Really appreciate it
Definitely deserve a 5 star review without hesitation. HHS decommissioned the electric boiler of our extension and connected up with our main gas boiler. Tom's surveying and suggested solution seemed sensible and worked out as expected. This is in comparison to couple of other local companies who gave what seemed to be less sensible solutions. All appointments kept to time and work finished on time. Easily reachable via phone which was refreshing considering how busy they are. Not the cheapest quote we had and needed to wait a while for the surveying but definitely would reach out to them again in the future. Thank you to the team who carried out the work on the day and made sure we were happy with all the radiators in the house before leaving.
Highly recommend Horsforth Heating Solutions. They were recommended to us last year when we bought a house, so we used them for a gas inspection. Today, we needed to call them out urgently to fix a leaking water pipe issue in the bathroom. In both instances, they have been brilliant to deal with, for several reasons. They can be reached very quickly by phone. The service is extremely fast when needed - today for our emergency plumbing job, they were booked for this afternoon but the engineer arrived within half an hour of my initial call. We also know of other people with emergency issues, where they have responded within an hour or two. They charge reasonable prices and are completely up front - the experience as a customer is that they charge only what they need to, and they actually find ways to avoid over-charging. On the phone today, Ben indicated the likely cost, but also a "reasonable worst case scenario". Abolutely superb company to deal with - a rare find.
Great service, very clean and professional. Explained what they were doing throughout. Good communication before and after too. We had work done before by them which solved a problem 3 other plumbers had failed to address so trusted them when we needed a new boiler. They even sent flowers after the job as a thank you for keeping our business local which I think is just a great touch. Who doesn't love flowers!!
Excellent company to deal with, from initial contact to paying the final bill. I chose Horsforth Heating Solutions based actually on one of their kind engineers who let me out of a very busy junction, a very courteous act that didn't go unnoticed. The engineer that attended to service our boiler and cylinder on the day was very professional, tidy workmanship, explained everything well and what was required in the future. An excellent and highly professional company. Horsforth Heating have serviced our boiler effectively. Recently they gave us a quote for a new boiler. The assessment was done promptly and Tom, who came to our property, was friendly and very competent. The quote was comprehensive and delivered within an hour or two and all dealings have been cordial and professional. Due to timings of other work we need doing and them being in high demand, we decided not to go with them this time but would definitely recommend.
