   Tom came out to fix a gas pipe I accidentally drilled through yesterday. Came within 30 mins of my call. Reasonably priced (even with Sunday pricing). Very polite and did a great job, even when the job turned out to be more complicated than he originally thought, would definitely recommend

   On the Monday before Christmas my gas Aga went out. Found Tom of Parkes Plumbing. Cannot recommend him highly enough, excellent service, just the best Aga service engineer I have had and my Aga is over 25 years old. several Aga ageearliest they come come was 5th January. I then found Tom at Parkes Plumbing who said he could come on Thursday lunch time

   I had an issue with my heating this week, the guy I spoke to was really good. Rather than charge me a call out fee for a small job he advised me over the phone so I could fix it. As honest as the day is long. Will keep this number, my go to plumber.

   I contacted Tom about having a boiler service carried out and he got back to me very quickly with a quote. The quote was very reasonable and we arranged for a time for him to come and service the boiler. He arrived on time and was very polite/professional.    Tom is a very helpful gentleman, who went above and beyond to help us. We had a boiler to install in his area but it was to far for us to travel. I contacted Tom of Parkes Plumbing and Heating on a Friday afternoon just before Xmas. He attended site late in the evening and returned on the Saturday morning to fit the replacement boiler. We will be keeping his number in a very safe place for future. Thanks again Tom , keep up the good work. Absolute Pleasure to do business with you.
