We have used Dodsworth for the past two years to service our boilers. On both occasions it was easy and convenient to organise, and the two different plumbers who attended were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend using this company.
Booked a service for my boiler. It was easy to arrange date and time that suited. Stephan came on time and was really thorough. It took around 1 hour. He was very informative and thorough. Great service and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again.
I rang this company as I was having problems with my boiler, and I was surprised just how helpful they were. Instead of pushing me to book a call out, they asked for more information and photos of the boiler and surrounding equipment, and then an engineer spent ages on the phone to try to help me identify the problem and to confirm that the faulty part would still be under warranty with the previous gas company. Thanks to them I was able to go back to the gas company and the problem has now been resolved; at no additional cost to us. I firmly believe that this company went above and beyond to help me, without any financial gain. It was so reassuring to find such an honest and professional company who were not focused on their own financial gain. I am very grateful to this company and I would definitely highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Dodsworth Gas Services Ltd highly enough. Last year, they came out to install a Hive thermostat. They were professional, friendly, and proficient. I then needed my boiler replacing. They provided a clear quote, and a good recommendation. The office staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, offering to send someone out at short notice, to see if they could get the existing boiler working. The boiler replacement work was done within a couple of days of my initial request. The engineer was knowledgable and reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to use this firm in the future, and to recommend them to friends and family.
Having had two engineers look at the boiler who refused to make the repair or quoted ridiculous repair prices. I contacted Dodsworths who were very proactive and found the repair to be no issue. They turned up within a couple of ours from contacting them. Assessed the repair work very quickly and proceeded to undertake the work without any fuss. The engineer was very tidy and explained exactly what he had undertaken. The cost of the work was extremely competitive. I would use them again and would recommend.
This is the first time Dodsworth Gas Services have serviced my boiler and gas fire and I'll be asking them every year! Processional, polite and clearly highly skilled engineers - I was very pleased with my overall experience. Their discount for more than one appliance serviced also really helped, even though their charges are very reasonable. A very happy customer!
We have had a top rated boiler fitted by Dodsworth Gas Services this week. It took a little over a day with the previous system and equipment being removed to be recycled during the installation period. Right through the process we have been impressed by every member of the team that we dealt with. We didn't want a cheap system that could have presented us with problems at any time but the quote we received from Dodsworths was mid range. All appointments were honoured and the team turned up on time. The installation is very neat and every effort was made to protect floors, walls, roof and existing fittings. Any consultations about the installation regarding positions or settings were inclusive and respectful. We are very happy with the product and installation and will not hesitate to recommend Dodsworths Gas Services to you.
I've used Dodsworth Gas a couple of times now, the second being to install a new boiler, and both times they have been great. Darren is very helpful and quick to respond and get things sorted for you, and their engineers are brilliant too. I would definitely recommend them.
I would highly recommend this business, it is clear they are prioritising customer satisfaction, professionalism and take a pride in delivering a superior high quality standard of work. My house had two very old separate systems for hot water and heating, awkwardly positioned and far from each other. I also had a few niggling jobs such as leaky taps and a wanted a new gas cooker fitting. Darren came and inspected the setup then his admin team followed up with a quote, all my questions were answered with efficiency and politeness. The cost was competitive and I was happy with their recommendations, so they were able to schedule the work in promptly. The team arrived and were very polite and respectful, being careful to use dust sheets, clean up after themselves and take away any rubbish. The quality of work was to a very high standard, external brickwork was well matched and internal walls patched up well. After fitting the engineer took time to explain the modern boiler system and nothing was too much trouble. I can absolutely recommend Dodsworth Gas Services as they are second to none!
