Replaced my windscreen earlier in the year and unfortunately my rear view mirror fell down, called them up to see if thereβs anything they could do & spoke to a helpful guy who offered to do it the same day however I took it the morning after & it was sorted within 15 minutes Great customer service and helpful Will definitely return for any future work thank you!

To be fair wasn't sure how my Tesla Model Y's screen replacement would go, but decent and quick job all round. Minus 1 star as there were some marks left on the drivers and passenger doors which wiped away easily enough but the extra wipe down would have been a customer service must, plus they didn't fully ensure the plastic cover between the windscreen and frunk wasn't fully clipped in so was rattling all the way back home. Just these little touches for the good work would have made this an easy 5 β

I would highly recommend not using this company the person's who fitted my windscreen damaged my wagon paint by placing there scaffolding on my wagon and ladders on my wagon corsing damage and a lot of scratches and now my lain estimates camera dose not work now and my ctv camera been bent they walked all over my cab with there mucky boots ( I have custom made lever mats what was expensive) now trying to get them to fix what they have damaged they don't want to no

Fantastic job and service by Craig just now. Came to me while I was in the Leeds area at the same time and saved me a trip over from Cheshire to the workshop. Craig also made sure I was the first call of the day today which was so helpful considering how busy I am currently. He also put my dash cam wires back properly and stuck it back on for me too - saving me a job for later. Very friendly technician and my car now looks brand new again! Thank you so much! :)

Problems with ADAS systems after their so-called βcalibrationβ. They refused to investigate further claiming everything was alright. Well, Mercedes-Benz of Harrogate claims otherwise finding a problem within the calibration of the multifunctional camera. The systems are working ok now, which cost me Β£100 from my pocket as no one from that cowboy team is capable of doing it correctly. Thank you very much for your incompetence, National Windscreens. Also, the installed windscreen has deffects and they refused to acknowledge them just because they were not reported straightaway - if that would be scratch or chip stone - fair enough, but they are rough patches on the surface both on the inside and on the outside of the glass.

Had my Windscreen chip repaired yesterday by National Windscreens. Absolutely awful job, the chip is still fully visible and now they have added further damage to the Windscreen. There are now 10-20 scratches and swirls in the glass around the repair, some a considerable distance from it where they have been scraping excess resin. My vehicle will probably require a new Windscreen due to their incompetence! Avoid these cowboys and use AutoGlass instead!

They never showed up for a booking that required I cancel two jobs. When I called them at 16:45 there was no record of my job on the system. I'm Β£104 out of pocket and still have a cracked windscreen due to their mistake. I have a call recording that confirms that I gave all the correct details and that ended with the lady saying "That's all booked in for you." They now seem to have just stopped replying to my emails so I'll see whether the insurance underwriters can get them to reimburse me. Edit: Between them, the underwriters and the broker I was never reimbursed for the loss of earnings their mistake cost me so I left the lot of them. Utter joke of a company.

What a joke. Booked in in for a 2 hour slot at 9am. Was told I'd get a call when it was ready. I live 30 minutes away so went for a walk while the work was carried out. 12pm came and no call so I rang but nobody answered. Turned up at the branch at 12.30pm as I needed the car back for nursery pick up only to find the work hadn't even been started. Complete waste of my morning.

I found my windscreen cracked the morning of my MOT, my insurance sent me to National Windscreens. Originally the earliest appointment i could get was 2 days after the MOT ran out but on calling the branch directly they rescheduled my appointment to an earlier one and got the windscreen replaced, radars and cameras recalibrated and car back to me the same day, so I could make an MOT appointment on the last day! Fantastic service and excellent standard of work.
