   My daughters iphone 13 needed a new screen i was recommended to Eden repair centre soo took it down and got a price a day later for £240 like a fool instead of phoneing around for other prices I told them to go ahead with it and get it sorted ASAP for my daughter .BIG mistake I had other like for like genuine qoutes ranging rom £70 to a maximum £140 I really have been ripped off thats certainly how i feel for a job that takes 25 minutes and isn't even a genuine part won't use them again.

   Purchased a laptop from Eden 2 years ago which was great value and has been very reliable. Unfortunately, it overheated when I put it in a sleeve during a system update that I thought had finished. Returned to Eden who fixed it promptly to my relief as I thought it had died. Fantastic service, very friendly and I knew it was in safe hands. Highly recommend.

   This company continue to offer genuine and helpful advice, even when on occasions it doesn't result in a sale, I have purchased from Eden for several years now and consider James my point of contact and more of an acquaintance than a supplier, a relationship built on trust and respect. My first consideration when requiring a repair, update or newer model is to get the job done, price is secondary with Eden as I know it will be a price that reflects my needs such is the trust I have in Eden and James

   Truly grateful for the support I received from James at Eden Repair Centre this week. I called at just after 9am, dropped my phone off around 10.30am and received an update from the completed diagnostic test at just before 2pm. James didn't charge for the diagnostic which is quite unheard of and demonstrates the professionalism and care of this business. Throughout, James' communication was second to none and I felt like I was in safe hands from the initial phone call I made, I will certainly be returning here with any issues for my phone or laptop moving forwards. Thanks again!

   I recently took my mobile for repair to Eden. What a brilliant, friendly service. Not only are they knowledgeable and very tech savy but their customer service skills are great too. Sadly, not even with the skills of Declan, could my phone be fixed. It was very dead! The motherboard had gone, but on hearing my difficulties of trying to order a new phone as an existing customer with O2 they were only to pleased to help. 02 would only send me a phone if they could verify my account by sending an SMS message to my phone. The fact that the phone was no more seemed to be lost on 02 sales! James from Eden very kindly lent me a phone to do battle with 02 and complete my transaction even swaping over the sim cards for me. I am very grateful for the help and service I received from Eden and would certainly recommend their services. Thank you Dec and james!

   Recently both my phone and laptop screen broke within a few weeks. My partner recommend Eden repair centre as they previously fixed his laptop screen. The staff did a brilliant job and there was a very quick turnaround. I dropped off my laptop one evening and picked it up the next and my phone was fixed within a few days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
