   Mark fitted a new replacement boiler for us. He arrived on time, got busy straight away. Done by mid afternoon. Left job done and clean and explained all he had done and other relevant information like registering guarantee etc. Excellent. Highly recommend.

   Really disappointing experience. New boiler replacement for existing. Wanted a local company I could use in the future for boiler servicing etc. Spoiler alert, will never use them again. Boiler fitted with a condensate pump as previous boiler had outside pipe. Was advised that I would 'barely hear it'. From day one the boiler sounder like a drill going off in the airing cupboard. Impossible not to hear it in every room in the house and would go off at random times. You would have to be deaf to miss it. Woke me up in the early hours, impossible to ignore. They came back and said this was 'normal', if I couldn't cope with it I had to have outside pipes, but would make it 'look better' than the existing pipes. As soon as these pipes were installed they left, I asked several times if it needed to be insulated and was told 'no'. I am no plumber but the drop off on the pipe was negligible and knew that wasn't right. Had a one sided 'conversation' with the owner who just kept telling me I wanted to look better, it 'looked better'. Ended up calling gas safe, 4 noted errors on the outside pipes. All of which meant the guarantee with the boiler was null and void. It wasn't an aesthetic thing, the errors meant the guarantee, should the boiler break down for any reason was invalid. During this pipework insulation, they also drilled into the grout cracking a brick. They have come back to 'correct' these issues today *not the brick, I guess I have to do that myself! They have done the bare minimum to correct. The insulation is already cracked in places, they havent bothered removing the existing pipes, just pushed the insulation over the top so some of the pipework is still exposed to the elements over every single clip holding the pipe to the wall. Left the previous clips in place so there are white clips with black insulation. It looks terrible! It's literally minimum viable product. Ultimately I will have to get another firm in to correct these issues. Really really disappointed with the work, the lack of empathy shown when 'corrections' were made. Will never use the firm again. Be aware.

   Boiler went down so trawled through google to find a company, came across Bentham Heating and liked the fact they are a family run business for over 20 years. Submitted a quote and within 5 mins mark rang me and messaged me 4 or 5 different options and also offered 0% finance which is a great help this time of year. This was on the Wednesday, the engineer turned up Friday morning and I had hot water and heating in around 4 hours, upgraded pipe work and a hive thermostat as well, cheapest by far considering one quote I had was £5K, not naming any companies though. Engineer was brilliant and even let him watch a bit of the ashes as well with a brew. Brilliant team and service, definately recommend

   I know how important it is to leave reviews, as I work for a company who depends on them. Bentham Heating Services was competitively priced and workmanship was brilliant. Arrived on time, sheets put down on my carpets, everything is neat. Though I had to leave work, Jack took time in the evening when I was home over the phone to go through a couple of things with me. All paperwork arrived within 3 days of being fitted. Pleasant and professional experience. Thank you!

   Steven fitted a new boiler for us along with lime scale reducer and mag clean, as well as several thermostatic radiator valves. . It was quite a big job but was completed in one day and to a very high standard. He was very professional and helpful and I would thoroughly recommend Bentham Heating Services

   Mark Bentham / Jack Ellis fitted a New Gas Boiler this morning for my sister who was very vulnerable when cold and with no hot water. Came the same day of telephoning him, gave her a Quote and the following day AM came to fit the new boiler with Jack Ellis and Taylor. They worked very hard and it was working by lunch time. Marvellous! I wish that I could give them ten stars because they deserve them.

   I recently purchased a new gas combi boiler via Heatable and (Jack) Ellis from Bentham Heating Services arrived bang on time to carry out the installation. Photos had been provided up front so he knew what was needed and worked really hard for about 6.5 hours to remove the old boiler, carry out adjustments to the copper pipework, fit a condensing pipe through the wall and install the new boiler. The work was neat and well done and he performed the system power flush that was asked for and gave me a quick run through of how to operate the boiler and thermostat. The new boiler is working great and I'm very pleased with the work.

   The guys turned up bang on time, well actually just before time so I wasn't quite there yet as it was my parents house. Work went smoothly and completed in one day as there was a chance it might have taken two. Super tidy and even took the old fireplace away that would no longer work due to the back boiler coming out. Can't speak highly enough!
