I needed to start using an accountant as my finances were not straight forwards. I saw some good reviews for Taylor and Russell and they were less than a mile away. I was put at ease with the initial phone call and arranged a meeting. I was offered refreshments as soon as I arrived, James was really great at explaining all the details and straightened out everything I was not sure about. My accounts were completed as promised with easy and clear correspondence, and I was able to pay any tax due and the reasonable fee. I can highly recommend this team and will be returning next year to do the next accounts.
