Honest, thorough accountants that make you feel listened to and valued. It’s very rare to find an Accountant that is working for the client rather than the state. The owner is passionate and works tirelessly, always on the end of a phone.
Beware when talking to this company Invoices excede quotes after no conversation as to what might be required - advice given inaccurate after no conversation as to history of the company - not allowed to talk directly to `accountant` responsible for yearly accounts - I could go on just advise don't use this company and were not the only ones to have experienced some if not all of the above.
ABC has been dealing with our accounts for almost 10yrs now. Belinda has always looked after us and she pulls out all the stops to get the figures you need quickly, as she has just done for us. Called up as left self employed, went to paye last year 18. Have just found out they have not sorted my tax return 18-19. Women in reception very abrupt, did not want to listen to me, saying it was my fault that this hadnt been sorted, 5 mins layer she could n ot apologize enough as they had not passed in information and had not even look at my tax return. Good company other than receptionists attitude
