My husband and I have been with Warmaway for the past 5 years, they installed our Air source heat pump, solar panels and EV charger. We have our Air Source serviced every year to ensure efficiency and to comply with OFGEM refunds. We have never had an issue with any of the installations and everything is working as well as the day they were fitted. Unfortunately my husband passed away just before Christmas and I was tasked with arranging the service myself. Warmaway have been consistent in terms of sending the same heating engineer every year and "Paul" took the time to show me how to use the heating system to my advantage and reassured me that everything was working correctly. Warmaway are simply the best at what they do, there is no hard sale tactics and now as a woman on her own I feel confident in welcoming their staff into my home for yearly services or should I require any support with the installations in future. I don't live locally to Warmaway but this does not appear to be an issue in terms of providing good customer service.

Today we had our solar installation completed by Warmaway - in short we cannot speak highly enough of the installation service we received. Obviously, it is far too early to judge the effectiveness of the system or actual savings but: in terms of the installation process, it was, simply, faultless. The electrical team of James, Fraser and Lucas arrived as scheduled (not always a "given") on Monday. They were friendly, polite, helpful and very effective at removing rubbish and general debris. Joe completed the installation of the panels today with similar plaudits. Joe carefully took me through the info from the monitoring app and all seems to be working fine - with the experience of nearly 5 hours. Contact with office based staff at Warmaway has been similarly excellent. First class service from all concerned. Cannot recommend highly enough. Adrian Finbow

Excellent service from start to finish. We had some radiators that were not working due to blockage in pipes. The engineer was very professional and worked very quickly. We had an ASHP installed by Warmaway at the end of Feb 2021 to replace storage heaters, it has completely transformed our house! Lukewarm (at best) rooms are now nice and toasty, and by all accounts so far at a fraction of the cost. Before choosing Warmaway we researched the technology and canvassed a few installers, John was the only one that was open with discussing the intricacies of the proposed system and gave us confidence that we would end up with something properly sized and installed as well as making other complimentary recommendations for ways we could improve the thermal efficiency of our house. While our install did encounter a delay due to supply chain issues outside of Warmaway's control, John was communicative throughout and assigned extra teams to recover the lost time. Paul and the team that did the install were equally as fantastic and did a spectacular job.

A fantastic service from start to finish. No nonsense advice, turned up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and were thoroughly nice people. We had a ground-source heat pump installed with some extra radiators inside. Any snags were fixed very quickly and cheerfully. Ongoing advice by phone or email is never too much trouble. I can't reccommend them highly enough and have encouraged several of my friends to use them - which they have with great results. Please can we have more companies like Warmaway in the world?

New boiler installed and removal of old one and Mains 7 water heater. Work was completed in less than 2 days, the engineers were really friendly, courteous and clean. They explained what they were doing as they went along and installed a new Nest thermostat. They helped me install the app onto my phone and then paired it to the thermostat for me. I would definitely recommend them and use again. Excellent service.
