Nathan did an excellent job on our 'used' caravan at a reasonable price. He knows his stuff and explained lots of things to me as a first time caravan owner. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was recommended to me and I would recommend him to others. Thanks Nathan.
Nathan came to service my 2022 caravan that he had serviced in previous years,no problems but this time he turned up at the agreed time reversed onto the drive and opened the back doors and I asked him if I needed to move the caravan whereupon he closed his van and said I’m going and drove off.Since then he wouldn’t take our calls until when we finally got through he told my wife (I don’t want to speak to you Joan) and hung up. We are at a total loss, we haven’t had any confrontation with him and we’re satisfied with his service.WHAT HAPPENED???? .
Quality service. We rang 9:05am regarding our Dometic 3 way fridge not working on gas 3:05pm SAME day Nathan was on site. He didn’t have the parts needed, but sourced and fitted them. 5:05pm the fridge was running like new once again. Extremely professional approach and very knowledgeable. Another plus is the £1600 he saved us for a new fridge. I would gladly recommend Nathan and will be using him for all future work including habitation checks
Brilliant service again! Nathan and his young assistant undertook a spot on Habitation Check, sorted a couple of issues and gave some welcome advice regarding the leisure battery. Can thoroughly recommend.

We were lucky enough to use his services for a few years when our caravan was with a family member and his services were without question the best we have known in a good number of years of caravan ownership.
