Excellent service, very helpful & pleasant staff, however they never informed me that you cannot send flammables - that being after shave. DHL ripped open one Xmas gift and opened another, they refused to deliver my box. I'm currently waiting for them to refund my carriers charge.

We arrived at Rymans Widnes with an urgent parcel to be send with DHL. The staff were AMAZING, I have never sent a Parcel with DHL before, thank goodness for your knowledgeable and experienced staff.
