Quick service and repair thanks
Overall good service from the staff at rotor. However, I asked them for a quotation for a repair to a small motor. I photographed the motor, emailed details of the motor. Eventually they asked me to drop it off for inspection. There was no mention of money at any point. A week later I contacted them to find the status of my quote. At which point I was informed that the motor had been completely stripped down and thoroughly tested. And that I now owed £88.75 +VAT for all the unsanctioned work. I emailed several times to complian, which rendered no response or defence of the charge. So the only was I could get my motor back, was to pay the bill.
