Friendly and helpful staff who knew exsactly what I needed. It's nice to go into a place and get a part of the shelf without having to order in, they even offered to help if I struggle to install the washing machine handle and want to fetch the door in. Overall just a very good experience and I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

These guys are fantastic. I've used them multiple times for tumble dryer and vacuum repair/service; they've found the problem each time and given the right advice regarding repairs. Without these guys it's likely I would of thrown my appliances away and paid out for new ones.
