He is brilliant at his job, always on time, sends reminder texts to confirm and works solidly througout the appointment. Thank you Steve for the brilliant job on my oven ,it looks new, and the new filter on the extractor fan makes a real difference.

    Been using Steve at Oven Star for some years now. Not only does he do a brilliant job cleaning (like new!) every time but he is also a pleasure to have in the house. He is super punctual, never stops working whilst here and cleans and tidies away as if he’d never been there. He also looks after his customers reminding them of their appointments, times etc which is very helpful in today’s busy world! Thoroughly recommend for a 5 star service.

    Have used Steve for the last couple of years with no problem at all. This year he turned up early - got the impression he is trying to cram in too many appointments. I asked him to wait 5 minutes but he just drove off without a word. Has ignored my messages - extremely angry man. Definitely wouldn’t use again.
