Can't fault this garage. Went in on spec with my Audi A1 with a clicking noise front nearside. Lovely young guysaw me straight away. Detected the problem very quickly. Turned out to be a small piece of metal inside the tyre! Very polite and friendly and even better there was no charge.
Needed two new front tyres and wheel balance. Quick and efficient. Good communication. Helpful and friendly.

Overall good service, but very cold in waiting room, no coffee machine. Can be left at entrance trying to get someone’s attention, hard to tell who’s in charge. Can’t fault the workmanship and products.
They fit new tyres for me fine but my issue is that when I collected the car, I noticed four bolt caps were missing. When I asked why they were missing, I was told that due to the cold, some of the caps had swollen. This meant that they had to hammer the socket on to get it off which meant it was then stuck inside the socket. Apparently I can, at my own expense, buy replacements for a few quid each from Euro Car Parts...
