Paid for next day delivery through currys. DPD failed to deliver it as they "Missed Me" but they photographed the wrong street and no explanation could be provided.
Update the last picture that I posted you can see the bag of rubbish the driver took out of his van and threw it underneath the van before plugging in at a residential parking space, not a commercial one 17/03/25 The Widnes driver's just abandon their vehicle's on paths and sticking out onto the roads where they are obviously not supported to park. Absolute disgrace
This is the WORST experience and service I have ever received, the drivers didn't attempt delivery twice and lied about attempting it, I've been told now to pick up my parcel after being home to receive it all weekend and lied to, if I could I would give it 0 stars, the customer service team in Warrington, on the phone took me for a joke! I cant even express how hurt I am and how in big 2025 people still treat others like this, it's sad, I missed my child's tournament because of this rubbish on their second lied attempt, rushed my children home the day before from their activities because of this rubbish on their first lied attempt! Absolute rubbish! My complaint was made and not taken serious, the drivers didn't even leave the car! I always try to give others my best hence i know the difference when others don't, and when they do! I never leave reviews specially bothering with bad ones, but I am so overwhelmed over this.
Incompetent drivers the so called driver (Shaun) , can’t even find my address when it’s sign posted in big white letters; had a next day delivery delayed twice because of it .. your drivers need an eye sight test, got zero basic critical thinking skills, god knows where you get these drivers from.. and their customer service offers no service at all.. tried to tell me my address is incorrect but funny how I’ve had no issues getting deliveries before .. clearly your driver couldn’t be bothered to deliver it it seems. . Useless
Got confused when I needed to drop off a package for delivery. I went to three places advertised as drop off, they were collect only. So I went to the DPD unit in Risley Magic the chaps took my package gave me a tracking number, thanks boys you saved me going crazy.
Going to be asking any Ebay seller not to use DPD or Hermes, after recent experiences. If they cannot change courier, I'll find another seller.
So each time I have a delivery (JOE) the driver never comes to my door. Instead he does the sorry we missed u via his device then I recive a txt/email sayin we missed u. He's Ben nowere near my door as I have a ring doorbell. I ring dpd and nothing is done. They don't care Warrington depo and drivers are a absolute joke. Avoid completely. It's the 5th time this same driver as done this now.
Absolutely brilliant dpd when they deliver my parcel there always on time and very friendly and polite well done dpd xx
Pathetic customer service, try talking to a human is pretty much impossible, I've complained and e-mailed and the follow up is none existent and very dismissive
