    DHL delivered my signed for parcel to the wrong address - wrong street AND wrong postcode. My name is obviously male but they delivered to an elderly lady with obvious confusion. Cannot retrieve it. Contacting customer service and they're off for the weekend. Parcel. Might be lost by then!!
