   Great service! Always do great work and in a timely manner ! The 1 lady especially is amazing! She has banter with you. Very friendly. She may come across as blunt. But trust me, that's just her personality. At times, there is a label on the dryers saying *Out of order*. But that's not their fault, so nobody can really blame them. They're just doing a Job.

   This laundrette is great. They have three washing machines and four dryers for if you want to wash your clothes yourself. You can wash and dry two loads of laundry within an hour. The staff here are really friendly and helpful. The laundrette also offers service washes and dry cleaning. Remember to bring pound coins because the machines are cash only. A good local business.

   My first visit and I will never return! I paid £22 to have duvet and pillows cleaned. They didn’t smell clean so I returned them. The lady got very defensive and her attitude was bad. She dry cleaned them again reluctantly and they seem to smell fresher this time however her attitude upon collection was awful. No eye contact, or greeting just gave me the items. Good customer service goes a long way. Maybe they are selective with the “type” of customer they are polite to.

   HIGHLY RECOMMEND. First time using the laundrette service and the lady was most helpful. Used the washer and then the dryer for duvet and pillows and they came out lovely and clean. Machines do not take card payment but the laundrette have enough change to cover. Will definitely use this laundrette again.

   My partner, Yoke and me, Matt, have been using this laundrette since last August. Every time we have used it, we have found the staff to be most helpful. Ever since going there, we both have noticed the same two machines have been out of order since our first visit; one drying machine. and one washing machine. Luckily one drying machine, available to the public, was working, until the last two or three weeks when it too had a label stuck to it with the words "OUT OF ORDER"!!! We have been told by the staff behind the counter, that there is a dispute between the boss and the firm who services the machines. My question is..."How long will this be going on"? If this 'dispute continues, this very good service will LOSE CUSTOM!!! Do they want that?! The three stars is for the staff and their hard work keeping the place going with machines breaking down around their ears. If they seem grumpy to some who have visited the place before, there is a reason I believe. How can you do a good job completely when the machines you need do not get repaired? The task is simple....get them up and running again and more custom will come!!
