First time we have used Evergreen, I had asked for boiler service and a new Hive thermostat. Joe gave us an update on the condition of the boiler and work completed. Very pleased and already booked for the next boiler service. Very professional and most of all reliable.
We've had Joe around several times for a variety of things now. He's always been great, reliable and on time. I'm sure I will use him again and recommend him to all.
Joe was very pleasant and turned up when he said he would. He actually managed to trace and rectify a fault with our gas fire that two previous services by different engineers couldn't find! The fire has now the same output when it was new and we are really pleased with the outcome. I would definitely have Joe back to service the other appliances when they are due, and would recommend Evergreen Heating.
Joe is great turns up when he says he will. He is happy to offer advice without being pushy and services our boiler without any mess being left. He is in demand but as long as you schedule your servicing in advance there is never a problem

I contacted Joe by email to arrange a date for him to carry out an annual boiler service. He responded very promptly giving me optional dates and times he could do. I also asked if he could install an outside tap for me and expected this to be a separate job on a different date. To my surprise he carried out both jobs on the same evening. He arrived on time, was incredibly pleasant and immediately started the jobs. He was quick, efficient and very professional, he left everything clean and tidy and everything back in its right place in the boiler room, and bathroom. This is the second time I have used Evergreen Heating. Once for a nest installation, this time for a new boiler and radiators. I was able to leave a key and returned home to a wonderful job! Joe did a great job on fitting our new boiler. He's a nice guy, very professional, trust worthy , always on hand, turns up on time and charges a reasonable rate. We thoroughly recommend him and have already done so to our friends and family.
