Steve was very efficient and and quickly sussed out the problem my fire was repaired and serviced with no fuzz or mess . Reasonably priced, I have no hesitation in recommending him
When our boiler broke Stephen came the next day, did everything he can and gave us the best advice. Then was able to swiftly install a new one. Then when we had a separate issue a few weeks later, again swift service and done to a high standard. Would recommend for sure!
First major problem with our 11 year old Worcester Bosch boiler, after contacting Steven in the morning he called the same afternoon, having the replacement part needed in the van just over an hour later the boiler was fixed. What a really nice person to meet and have in our home, very knowledgeable and professional, really pleased with his workmanship in fact he will be now looking after all our gas appliances
Steven is a highly reliable, highly skilled professional. I don't know about you, but I always dread having to find a tradesman when something goes wrong because it is such an unknown quantity. I now have the gas angle sewn up! Steven will come when he says he is going to come, will talk you through what he is going to do, will give you options instead of skipping to the most expensive and is a thorough and clean worker. An all round good person to have at the end of the phone if you need him. Use him, you won't be disappointed!
I was recommended JGM by a friend who had used them previously and said they wouldn't use anyone else. It was a pretty awkward and time consuming job that i needed doing, having just moved into a new (but old) property that had an inefficient old rayburn cooker fitted which was also the boiler. It was so expensive to run so we decided to replace it with a separate boiler and new cooker. Daunted by the job and potential cost, Steven & Keith from JGM spent a substantial amount of time sussing the quirks of the property and pricing up the options available. They were incredibly decent, honest and offered their straight and professional advice as i was a bit lost with it at times! They did an absolutely fantastic job, were very reasonably priced and worked tirlessly to get the job done with minimum disruption. I'd recommend JGM without a doubt to friends and family, and have done already. Reasonable, reliable and genuinely want the best for their customers. 5 stars!
Used JGM for a full Boiler/central heating replacement. Tidy job, great service, all complete in 1 day while I was at work (trustworthy). Would definitely recommend and will be using them again!
