   I had a very disappointing experience with BFS Accountants Ltd. Their work was unprofessional, with repeated iterations required just to finalise my annual accounts. When staff members left, there was no proper handover, which created further confusion and delays. As a result, I was forced to switch to another accountant. To make matters worse, they still owe me a refund. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

   Craig has been my accountant for around 4 years now and is extremely knowledgable with everything and helped break things down for me in a way that helped me understand all things accounting relating to my business, which I really appreciate. There have been times I’ve needed really important documents to be completed very quickly and he has always delivered, helping me out massively . His fun and friendly attitude has made it really enjoyable working with him & Craig is very understanding, working with you to help in any way he can. Thanks for your dedication over the years BFS accounts !
