I had never used Andrew before but his reviews looked good so I called him out to look at my combi oven which had stopped working. He diagnosed the problem fairly quickly, ordered the required part and returned a couple of days later to install. Absolutely faultless service and very realistically priced.
I would highly recommend Andrew Best. I was quoted £160 by Hoover just for them to walk through my front door for a washing machine that isn't even 2 years old. Andrew came when he said he would, fixed the issue and I was only charged the call out fee of £45. Brilliant service, communication and cost friendly.
This is the first time we’ve used Andrew, and we were totally amazed with his knowledge and professionalism. He knew straight away what the problem was and had the parts in his van. Dishwasher up and running in less than an hour. Very reasonable price and recommend him to anyone.
I have an American Fridge/Freezer, only a few years old, which was making all sorts of clunking and shuddering noises. This ultimately led to an error flashing up on the front screen to say it was not reaching the correct temperature inside both fridge and freezer (and I could see food in the freezer was starting to defrost). I called a couple of Kitchen Appliance tradesmen who live close by but neither could offer any help and suggested I call the manufacturer for assistance. Knowing that calling the manufacturer out would cost me a minimum of £150 (should they be able to undertake a repair) I decided to have one more look on Google for someone and, based on his 5 star reviews, decided to try Andrew. He offered free support and advice over the phone and told me to try doing something to fix the issue myself - and it worked! It was such a simple fix but, surprise surprise, is nowhere to be seen in the manufacturer's Troubleshooting guide I have for our Fridge Freezer nor could I find this advice anywhere on the internet (and I searched high and low for all the help I could get before calling Andrew). This is a perfect example of how a tradesperson should conduct their business. By offering free advice over the phone Andrew has demonstrated that he is a nice, trustworthy guy and he will now, of course, get any future business from me and I am going to recommend him highly to others. Even if the simple fix solution he gave me hadn't worked I would have called him out anyway as his fees are highly competitive and you can be sure that you are dealing with someone who actually knows what they are talking about. In a world where people are becoming more and more impolite and bad mannered it really makes such a nice change to deal with someone helpful, friendly and professional like Andrew!
Absolutely spot on from Andrew. Great comms, diagnosed and repaired our dishwasher in no time at all. Very reasonable price - his number is now saved on my phone! Highly recommend Andrew for any kind of domestic appliance repairs or servicing.
Amazing!! Very reasonable pricing compared to every one eles I called and clearly very knowledgeable. After explaining my issue over the phone he warned me he didn't think it was fixable but still came over and had a look for me (I had bashed the freezer about when moving into my house). He then recommended some reliable brands which where still in my price range. Which was really helpful. I'll definitely be saving his number and using him for all things in the future.
I rang Andrew on the Tuesday about my microwave and he answered his phone straight away. He booked me in for the following week. He was super flexible with his timings and when my dishwasher broke that same week reassured me he could sort it at the same time. Safe to say he sorted them both within the hour!! Will definitely be using him again in the future and will be getting rid of my British Gas home care for my appliances. His charge was really competitive too. Thanks Andrew!!!
Cannot praise Andrew enough and cannot fault his service from first phone contact and diagnosis of the fault, through to prompt, professional completion of the oven repair. Excellent value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
