Terrible experience – avoid this company at all costs! We had a first fix done in our bathroom, and the work was completely botched. Hot water was routed incorrectly, even coming through the toilet pipes. This has cost us a fortune to fix. The company has taken no accountability for their mistakes, and the staff have been unhelpful throughout the process. Extremely disappointed with both the workmanship and the customer service.
Young man turned up and fitted my mums new taps in bathroom & kitchen. He was very polite, and got his head down & worked until the job was complete. I would certainly recommend.
JB Heating came and completed a chemical flush of my radiators and the engineer was very professional in his workmanship, he was also polite,helpful and didn't make a mess. We did have a small issue which he came back and rectified in less than 15mins. Finding a tradesman these days is a nightmare as anyone can have good reviews. So I was very pleased to find a company that lives upto its reviews. I will use JB in the future for any other problems I have. ( hopefully not many). One year after installing a new boiler JB Heating services also carried out the annual service and gas certificate. Excellent service all round at a reasonable price - thank you.
Very happy with our Rayburn service, the engineer did a thorough and professional job, and the booking team were responsive and helpful when we needed to change the original appointment.
JB Heating removed the old back boiler and tanks and fitted a new boiler. Options were clearly detailed before going ahead, and the work was completed swiftly. The engineer carrying out the works was polite and pleasant, and consulted me with options of locations before going ahead with placement of pipes. Would use again.
