Me and my dad came to this shop last week for fix my watch and paid it in cash for fixing it until today and my watch is working thanks to them. The staff is soooo friendly. I will be back, totally recommend
Daylight robbery, quoted me 280 quid to fix a watch after 2 second opinions I've paid 30 pound to have it sorted. They claimed the internals were knackered when it needed a pin and the I internals were as good as new! Avoid them.
Job well done. Friendly staff. Piece repaired quickly, cleaned, and returned as new. Cost below original quote. No problems. Perfect. Will definately recommend and use again myself.

Had 4 items of jewellery to be repaired - my engagement ring snapped, a sapphire was missing from my eternity ring, my signet ring was twisted and I had lost one of my bands on my russian wedding ring. All fixed - like new - very reasonably priced. Excellent service
Horrible service! DO NOT USE!!! I took 3 watches in for new batteries, one was a limited edition so in passing asked that extra care be taken with that one. Returning the followind day to collect and found he had refused to do any of the work at all claiming that me asking him to be carefull with one put "to much pressure on him" (being carefull is you job matey) so as far as he was concerned that was enough to refuse my business all together. His attitude was one of a man who cares little for repeat business or gaining any new business. i appreciate that he makes very little money on watch batteries but this had burned any future business i may have had with him and certainly will be recomending people go else where if they want any form of customer satisfaction.
My mum had a fall and had to have my Granny's rings cut off. We didn't think one of them could be repaired but gave it a try anyway. I had seen recommendations for Rowen's, and when I popped in I wasn't disappointed! Lovely man with great customer service. He asked questions to make sure I was happy with what he was going to do, gave me a price and a time they would be ready. He told me they'd look like new when he was finished with them (the engagement ring was in desperate need of a clean). Picked them up yesterday, the day he said they would be ready, and was over the moon with the job he'd done! They both looked amazing, fully fixed and shining like new. My mum was extremely happy so thank you very much for a wonderful job done.
