    Visited Chisholm Hunter in Leeds to buy a diamond ring and had a terrible experience. After being in the store for around 25 minutes, a staff member named Barry abruptly told us we “will not be buying that” because the ring had supposedly been priced wrong by mistake as the ticket said £2995.00 & he said it’s £3500.00. The way they handled the situation was rude, unprofessional, and completely dismissive. The rest of the staff weren’t any better — the attitude in the store was shocking. We left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

    We had an issue with our order at first, but the in-store staff listened carefully handled everything with great care. Jordan was attentive, receptive, and resolved the problem quickly and effectively. We also received generous compensation for the inconvenience, which was much appreciated. My Mother was delighted with her new Rado Watch! Thanks to Jordan’s excellent service, we’ll definitely be shopping here again.

    Great friendly experience, on a whim whilst visiting Leeds I bought a new watch only to find that when I got back to the hotel there was an issue with it. Took the watch back to explain the faults ( the watch itself not the jewellers fault), they were so apologetic about the situation.They had no like for like in the shop so they ordered it to be delivered the day after I arrived home. Can't thank Jordan & Remi enough for resolving the issue, next time I'm in Leeds I will thank them again for the great personal experience, highly recommend a visit to the premises.

    Sadly my partner and I had an awful experience buying our wedding ring here. Not only did it take over 5 months for it to arrive, we had no communication or transparency. They eventually admitted to processing the order incorrectly, and that's why it took so long to arrive. I went in weekly for updates and they kept telling us it was being processed and no more information... We had no apology for the wasited time and bad service. Buying a wedding ring should be an exciting and magical experience, this company ruined it for us. Eventually when I went in having lost my patience I was given an apology and a few miniature bottles of prosecco and beer. In half the time it took for this company to have a ring made that was already a ring they produced. I got my ring made from sketch, to CAD design, diamonds picked, plastic mould to confirm design and the ring in my hands in 6 weeks from Phillip Stoner (who I highly recommend). Not only this, but every time I went in, they offered to clean all my existing jewelery and even secured my dimond on my engagement ring for free. I can't belive the lack of care Chrisholm Hunter has and the attitude of employers who just didn't seem to care and actually laughed at my partner when he went in to chase the order. I won't be returning and I hope this review helps if you are contemplating going here.

    Excellent Service We visited the Leeds Branch of Chisholm Hunter, what a great experience we had. Barry and his team were very welcoming and friendly. They were very knowledgeable about the rings we were looking at. The customer service was excellent . On Barry's recommendation, I had my old white gold ring re-coated and I was not disappointed, the ring looked brand new, better than I bought it 16 years ago. I was so happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend a visit to this store, you will not be disappointed.

    I recently purchased a watch from this store and the service was second to none. I was dealt with by Jordan when purchasing a Limited editio G-Shock and he really made me feel more than welcome when enquiring about a number of things, helped me make my decision and went out of his way to make my experience better.
