    This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Cannot, do not, will not, take basic simple instructions how to deliver a parcel. When I got a confirmation that EV are a are the company delivering my item I Knew that I am going to have problems. They are diabolical, this company is an absolute disgrace, from start to end the whole experience is awful. You ring up the automated service and speak to a robot who cannot even understand what you are saying with regards to the digits. You can't even get to an agent.
