How the hell are peole who woek collect parcels if only open for 2 hrs per day 8-10am amd 8-12 sat i booked a re delivery and never turned up now its sat in a delivery sort office thats never open says they tried to deliver package yet left no call card with details Seller wasnt happy when i notified him and will be returned back to them at there cost
Take out the delivery part from the name. Y'all never deliver :/// And I'm just talking about letterbox sized items. Because y'all don't deliver anything that doesn't fit through the letterbox to a building with 300 flats. Even with this there's not even regular letterbox sized deliveries. What's happening? There has not been a royal mail van in days and days here.
I gave 1 star because couldn't write review without none. In the last 3 months I have had no post for 10 days, 12 days and 14 days respectively. Then suddenly get a bulk delivery with letters from 2 or more weeks previous. I know they hold mail over as I have a weekly subscription for a magazine I get weekly.I have had two issues together and then a replacement for one I didn't get .I then received 3 including the lost one along with a hoard of leaflets. I am not able to get out to buy it and it sells out very easily on release. You don't see a postperson anywhere. Why can't a courier service offer an alternative way to get post etc.I for 1 would use it. Rather than the snail mail we have now
Only opens 0800 to 1000 so unless you are an early bird or can go on Saturday (0800 - 1200) you can't collect your mail or make enquiries. You have to cross the main vehicle entrance to get to the enquiries entrance, there is no drop kerb on either side so wheelchair or disabled access is impossible. I had to leave my disability scooter on the opposite side and walk with difficulty to the enquiries. I arrived just before 1000 because the place is hard to find for a pedestrian, I collected my mail quite quickly and as soon as I was dealt with the door was locked behind me for the day. In the 21st century, what national and international company restricts their hours of business to 2 hours per day - there isn't even a direct telephone number to the office! That's Royal Mail!
Typical collection point, one clerk dealing with a loooooong queue, very slowly.
Small office to collect items. Monday opening is only half day. No late opening hours so people can collect after work. No parking near office. No shelter when waiting outside so you get very wet and cold if busy. Staff are OK no great urgency in them. Get a lot of junk mail delivered even if I don't get mail
What can I say, I went to collect my parcel, they open on time 8am, the guy behind the counter was polite, good service, I was in and out in minutes.
I often have to visit the dilivery office if I miss a dilivery and it will not fit through the letter box. When picking up a missed parcel you will need some form of I'd matching the name or address on the parcel. When I have been there the wait time is very short and the staff are very helpful. The office itself is only very small and can only fit a few people at a time. I really appreciate the services as I order many items online so it is a very useful service!
Prompt service but no customer parking. Only found out about the lack of parking when I arrived. Had to use one of the parking garages at the Shopping City mall. Not great as they're badly signed and don't feel safe. Also, there's no sidewalk between the parking garage and the Royal Mail office
