   Called in this morning I was 1 of 2 customer in the doors and I went to pick up my daughters free earrings. They only had one member off staff on that was dealing with the other customer. I was stood waiting at the till for 10minutes and was still not served so I put the earrings in and left.

   I was made feel uncomfortable. I was told the manager is going on a break ( 5:30) so I returned after 30 mins and she was on the phone. She seemed angry she had to work and wasnt friendly at all. She gave me a form to sign without any explanation and then said " we have no change" . So if you plan to pay with cash, ask first. Her assistant is lovely though. They should swap the roles. Wont go again also because the products are tacky and overpriced.

   Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. Was very impressed! Staff took extra time to make sure she felt reassured and that piercings were where she wanted them in her lobes and symmetrical. Plus there's a really good deal for free earrings for 12 months for her so she's delighted! Very happy girl and happy mum, thank you so much!

   Can be expensive but my daughter loves it. Can have some good offers but check your receipt as those offers don't always automatically deduct from to total.

   As a man I don't go in this type of store, however, I took my granddaughter.....yep empty pockets. To be fair the store has some great buy these get three free deals on so I did get plenty for her....of course the granddaughter did the choosing. Great prices and nice staff.

   I found this shop bit expensive because all the multiple offers ask you to buy more for eg. Buy three get three free which makes You buy 6 items endup you pay more and goes out of budget. Sometimes marked prices are same as high Street shop prices like river island or zara etc etc. Ps. Sometimes people don't even need 6items.

   Really overpriced on lots of items …. My granddaughter bought some lip balms .. with the incentive of buy 3 and get 3 free…. £19 later went in beauty outlet and they have exact balms pounds cheaper so the 6 she got would have only cost me £12…. Come on Claire’s what a con !!!! Please people shop around …. I know it’s a great little shop that all little girls want to buy from …. But please look around first ….

   Daughter had ears pierced. Very friendly and helpful. Good instructions given and good with daughter. Only disappointment was that there were no price list to look at before earpiecing.
