What a lovely jewellers , wanted a platinum ring re sized and advise on another ring which I was grateful for. Very pleasant man and was over the moon when I received it back. Would definitely use again.
Great speedy service from a chap that really knows what he’s doing. He made a couple of repairs to my TAG watch for £60 which would have cost £400 at the TAG service centre. Excellent!
What great service! I'd a problem with a good quality watch which I bought on Capri Italy. Rajpaul sorted it immediately. I didn't have to send it all the way to the Mediterranean. Excellent, friendly service. Would definitely go back and recommend anyone to go there.
Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with Rajpaul’s while ordering our wedding rings. Despite placing the order at the end of March, the delivery date kept being pushed back, from mid-July to the end of July, even though our wedding is on the 2nd of August. Communication was poor throughout, and after the shop was unexpectedly closed on the most recent collection date, I had to resort to Facebook to find out who the owners were. Only then was I informed of a family emergency, which I would have been understanding about had it been communicated earlier. The uncertainty and lack of updates added unnecessary stress in the final days before our wedding. We did eventually receive the rings on the 30th of July, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t use Rajpaul’s again or recommend their services to others.
Couldn’t recommend enough the service is second to none, going from a ring which doesn’t look repairable to on which looks like it’s just come out of the shop. The price is spot on for the service provided, If you need a local jeweller look no further than Rajpaul
Today I have visited Rajpaul for rather a delicate and sentimental cause, and the service I received was nothing less than awe inspiring. The lady and gentleman were so helpful and professional, and went above and beyond their jewellery service. The experience with them restored my faith in people and their principles. I shall recommend this jewellers above all others from now on.
Took a braclet in for repair but as it wasnt gold they were unable to solder it. However after several minutes my bracelet was returned mended and to top all that i wasnt even charged. Amazing service would highly recommend them and a lovely selection of jewelery . Many thanks
Called in to ask if my Russian wedding ring could be straightened- trapped my fingers in a door(doh) - they straightened it out and wouldn’t taken any payment. Very grateful- excellent local business. Thanks so much

Went in today for the first time as my husbands watch had difficulty in fastening. The guy in charge cleaned it, solved immediately. He was so nice, would not take any money from me and advised I probably would have been charged £60 for a new clasp at another jewellers. First class service thank you
