A member of staff at DPD stope my £500 lens. The first update on the 24th of July stated they have my parcel. The next in July 25th stated it was at their depot in London. The next said a delay was taking place with my parcel and it would be resolved in 24 hours. The next update never came and they told my seller they had "lost it". No, let's have it right, it was stolen by staff at DPD. I ordered it to film major events in the coming days. I will never use any DPad based service ever again. Shocking and untrustworthy. A disgraceful experience!
